Rhode Island DUI Attorney, James Powderly
A graduate of New York University and Northeastern School of Law, James Patrick Powderly served with the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts Federal Defender’s Office and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, prior to entering private practice. Since entering private practice, Attorney Powderly has represented approximately 500 individuals in criminal courts throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Mr. Powderly takes great pride in his training and experience as it relates to all aspects of DUI and criminal defense. His most recent training includes a certified technician course in breath testing operation, a certification course in field sobriety testing, an intensive NCDD DUI trial course and a number of DUI litigation seminars presented by some of the nations leading DUI experts. His knowledge and understanding of this intricate and specialized area of the law evens the playing field for his clients who are up against the vast resources of the police and prosecutor’s office.
