Mary Kennedy, Robert Kennedy’s soon-to-be-ex-wife, was arrested for and is now charged with driving under the influence. Police say that on May 15, Mary was seen swerving onto a curb in Bedford, and an officer pulled her over.

According to CNN, “Kennedy had slurred speech, and a blood-alcohol-content above than 0.08 percent, the legal limit in New York. She was charged with driving while intoxicated.”

CNN reports that she will be due in court July 22nd.
