What is the legal limit?
The United States has a nationwide legal BAC level limit of 0.08%. All adult drivers must have a BAC level at or below this limit to operate a vehicle without running the risk of being charged with DUI. Minors, commercial drivers, and pilots all have significantly lower BAC limits.
