The 50-year-old woman has now been sentenced to one year in prison, which will be followed by four years of home confinement. The charges stem from an accident that occurred in March 2011 that caused a 14-year-old girl to suffer from broken bones as well as a brain injury.

According to sources in the case, the police now have an arrest warrant for a 46-year-old man who has stated that he will turn himself in after he is discharged from the hospital.
